PARTICIPATION

For all activities, we ask all participants to read and approve the
safety conditions. We remind you that: – it is essential to know how to swim for all
white-water activities and canyoning. – parental consent is mandatory for all minors
whatever the activity practised. – the feasibility of any sports programme is subject to the assessment of the
guide according to weather conditions and participants' sporting abilities. – as far as
concerning the treetop adventure park, reading and respecting the internal regulations is
Mandatory.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

For all our programmes, registration is possible in person, online or by telephone, depending on
availability.
As part of a group or registration for multiple people, the subscriber agrees to make
to know and approve the general conditions, as well as the internship documentation for all participants
registered.

Cancellation

The acceptance of the booking through the signature of a service voucher or online booking serves as
of contract and you agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below:
J-7 before the activity: full refund of the service
• 6 to 3 days before the event: a refund of 50% of the
Total amount of the activity
• 2 days to D-day: no refunds

SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

ABOARD Rafting reserves the right to alter the sports activity programmes for reasons of
safety, floods, the sporting abilities of participants, or any acts of force majeure. For these reasons,
replacement courses will be organised without any of the participants being able to claim
any compensation. If ABOARD Rafting is obliged to cancel a departure for any
For whatever reason, participants will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim any other
additional compensation. In the case of weekend or weekday placements, the organisation undertakes to provide notice
participants cancelling 21 days before departure.

ASSURANCE ON BOARD

Rafting has public liability insurance covering its own activities (policy RAQVAM No.
3160732D). Any information relating to ABOARD Rafting's insurance can be provided upon request.
If the supervision of an activity is provided by an independent contractor, the risks related to this
activities are covered by the relevant provider's insurance.
