Our leisure facility Aboard-Rafting is located in Castellane, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. We offer a variety of outdoor activities, including tree-top adventure courses in the Verdon for families as well as water sports.

Tree top adventure in the Verdon with the family
The treetop adventure course, managed by our Adventure Forest team, is suitable for all levels and all ages.. It offers a series of challenges and obstacles suspended in the trees. Participants can zip down zip lines, climb across suspension bridges, walk on cables, and much more.
The course is divided into several difficulty levels, ranging from the easiest to the most difficult, so that everyone can find a level suited to their comfort and skill level.
Children can also take part in a course specially designed for them, with smaller, more accessible obstacles.
The Adventure Forest team provides all the necessary safety equipment, including harnesses and helmets. Participants receive training before starting the course.
All in all, the Aboard Rafting treetop adventure course is a brilliant activity for a family day out, offering a mix of challenges and thrills, as well as moments of relaxation in the heart of nature.

The adventure trail in the Verdon Gorges is suitable for all ages and all skill levels. There are courses for children, beginners and experts, so that everyone can enjoy the experience.
The courses are designed to test your agility, balance and strength, whilst offering breathtaking views of the gorges and the river.
The adventure course in the Gorges du Verdon is an ideal activity for families. Not only does this allow children to burn off energy and let off steam, but it also gives parents the chance to share a common experience with them. Parents can help their children overcome their fears and tackle challenges, whilst creating unforgettable memories together.
One of the advantages of the adventure trail in the Gorges du Verdon is that participants can go at their own pace. There is no time limit for completing the trail, and participants can stop and rest at any time.
The guides are there to help and encourage participants at every stage of the route, and to ensure that everyone is safe at all times.
The adventure trail in the Gorges du Verdon is also an excellent opportunity to explore the region’s natural environment and wildlife. Participants can see eagles soaring above the gorges.

Pitchoun Trail: the children’s adventure trail for very young children
Your little ones will travel from tree to tree along a series of activity stations set one metre above the ground amongst the trees. They’ll be able to test their balance on rope bridges, slide along zip lines, walk across Nepalese bridges and push suspended barrels – all in complete safety and under their parents’ supervision. Thanks to specialised equipment and specially adapted courses, the little ones will enjoy this activity just as much as the grown-ups! This genuine forest adventure takes place on a stunning 3-hectare site. The Adventure Forest base is surrounded by pine forests and cliffs overlooking the Verdon.

Junior Course: the’treetop adventure course for children
Children make their way from tree to tree through a series of activity stations. The height ranges from 1 to 2 metres. Children will have the chance to test their balance on bridges, jump on vines, go on a zip line, walk across Nepalese bridges and weave their way through suspended barrels. Thanks to specialised equipment and tailored courses, children will be able to enjoy this activity just as much as the grown-ups! High up in the trees, a total of 25 varied and progressively challenging activities await you.

Adventure Course treetop adventure course in Castellane
Travel from tree to tree at heights of between 2 and 12 metres through a series of different activities. Test your balance on various bridges, jump whilst holding onto vines, whizz down zip lines, walk across suspended footbridges… All you need to do is put on your harness and follow the guide’s instructions! In total, 50 varied and progressively challenging activities await you amongst the trees. At the end of the course there are two zip lines (80 m and 130 m). Three levels of difficulty are available – blue, red and black – so the whole family can enjoy it!
Other activities to enjoy as a family
Our Rafting Verdon centre also offers other outdoor activities, such as Rafting, kayaking, canyoning and water hiking.
There is also a picnic area and a snack bar on site where you can relax after your activity.
