Saturday morning : Forest Adventure Course
Meet at 10.00 Adventure Forest adventure course.
Leap from tree to tree on a range of varied workshops, from 2 to 12 metres high. Test your balance on Nepalese bridges, jump with a vine, glide on zip lines, walk on suspended walkways, wriggle through suspended barrels, all in complete safety... All you need to do is put on a harness, follow the instructions, and all the fun is yours!
In total, 50 varied and progressive workshops await you amidst the trees, culminating in two zip lines (80m and 130m above the Verdon).
This real forest adventure takes place on an exceptional 3-hectare site of pines and deciduous trees, bordered by cliffs overlooking the Verdon.
Saturday afternoon : Aqua-Rando
Meet at 2:00 PM at our «Adventure Forest» base (See access map)
This aqua-rando outing will allow us to explore the Verdon, starting at the «Solitaire» and finishing after «the Labyrinths».
Sunday morning : Canyoning in St-Auban
Meet at 9:30 AM at the clue of St. AubanSee access map).
This very aquatic canyon is characterised by numerous jumps and slides, which gives it a very playful aspect.
A quick drop-off of vehicles will allow us to pick them up on arrival. Then, no approach walk is necessary for this canyon, the start of which is at the roadside!
The activity begins with an introduction to the environment and an initiation to abseiling techniques.
After getting kitted out, we enter the canyon via a first slide. Then, a first 5-metre jump awaits us between the steep canyon walls.
A series of descents and jumps leads us to the top of a waterfall, which we will bypass using a 40-metre zip line strung from one bank to the other.
Other jumps (of 6 and 7 m. for the highest) will take us from pool to pool to the last slide.
At the exit of the canyon, a short walk back (10 mins) will take us back to the vehicles left at the arrival point.
3m jumps are mandatory.
